So very surprising development for me. I currently have a business class ticket from IAD-AUH-DEL. I can see first class availability from Auh to Del but was never able to book it. I decided to call again today and not only did she see the Auh to Del in first class but she also saw first class availability from iad to Auh, which does not show any availability on etihadguest! She refunded my 70k miles and $60 and I paid 115k miles and $60 to book the new first class ticket. I checked online and it shows pending but I'm sure that'll change soon. So I guess they can now see stuff that we can't see? Either way I'm ecstatic. I was willing to pay an additional 40k miles for the firs class lounge in Auh and first class seat from Auh to Del so to have it the entire flight is awesome.
