At least both cards match now. I'm expecting to be OK with the next charge.
Not particularly difficult for me. I dunno is it because my Paypal account is set to opt out of DCC by default but I'm not forced into DCC this morning with a known Paypal DCC-offering merchant (CPA Australia). I had to opt-in (which is compliant).
