I know switching between Y & J is not allowed and is frowned upon. Don't know about J & F. I have seen F passengers come in J and take seats next to their friends to chat & go back. But not sure about the other way (J to F)

I think as long as your daughter is not availing the F service, you should be good. So basically, switch between meals. But if she uses the shower or requests for "On demand" F class food, then that probably won't be allowed. The FAs could even object if she decides to sleep in F on a J ticket.
