Thread is somewhat related to my situation - I'm in Amsterdam next month to watch Ajax, arriving from the Dutch Flyer to Amsterdam Centraal but I'm trying to work out my best play from there - in light of not being able to find anything remotely cheap in Amsterdam itself I was looking at a hotel in either Hilversum or Amersfoort (I head to Hannover the next morning and these are the first two stops on the train I'm looking at) and going there straight after the game. I'm going to it'd simply be easiest to buy singles from Amsterdam centre -> Biljmer Arena and from there to my hotel and just eat disposable chipkaart deposits?
