UP FROM Cat 1 and 16 going
DOWN TO Cat 1, so a net decrease of 1 property would certainly refute any claim that domestic US Cat 1 was annihilated.
Moreover, globally, there are 18 properties moving up in category from Cat 1 and 36 properties moving down in category to Cat 1, for a
net increase of 18 properties in Cat 1.
