Just to voice an opinion: I would value this change a lot. I get Pre Check for all my US domestic flights and resent standing in security lines when I see people going through on Pre Check because they are flying internationally on a US carrier.
Please SWISS, do a favor for your US passengers. It costs nothing.
It would cost a lot of IT effort. I'm sure they would be happy to do it if you were happy to subsidise it for them.
The data sharing is unlikely to be an issue given that CBP is already given even more data on the passengers.
