One I recall is EWR to SFO via SIN, BKK, SIN, AKL, and LAX.
Strictly it was AKL-SIN-BKK-SIN-EWR-SIN-BKK-SIN-AKL-LAX-SFO.
Some FTers do the inaugural world's longest flight and 7 crazy days.

There have been more ridiculous routings on other trips.
