I'll be flying SHE-PEK in July with extra time in PEK before meeting a companion. Are there Priority Pass lounges that are accessible in T2 without an ongoing boarding pass?

The PP website shows two in "Terminal 2 International." If I'm terminating in Beijing are these accessible for a domestic arrival?
