Gee that's nice. I work as a TSA screener at one of the most busiest airports in the country and we certainly get our share of verbal abuse. But you know what? Considering that passengers come to our airports under some of the worst circumstances (i.e. long business trips, funerals, you name it) you are bound to get people who aren't in the mood for our procedures which to outsiders make no sense at all.
As screeners, our job is promote free and safe travel. Where do you get the idea that you don't have to let a passenger through because your feelings were hurt?
