I'll agree with you Carmel, they will treat you as customers. But if they get to nice and one of the TSA shadows doesn't like it, they will just do what they did before TSA took over airports, force their will on the private company.

I hope if does go private, that TSA isn't involved like it was right after 9/11. They pretty much loved to point every little flaw and how this could be a breach or this could be a breach and so on. But then you join TSA and the same problems exist.

I also hope that GSC's are on the checkpoints again. That way if that person doesn't think you should fly for how your treating screeners or passengers, they will tell you to pack your bags and leave. (GSC= Ground Security Cordinator aka Airline Rep who is usually a Supervisor for the Airline or Airlines in the concourse)

I would love to see a private company back in place, but if it's anything like mine was then I would feel bad for the workers and the passengers. Because mine pissed off so many workers, that the passenger had to put up with some of the after effects.
