I have asked them find a venue for some informal drinks for about 60 people near Shoreditch in London, but they have been pretty useless so far. They have come up with some options, but not as many as I have then come up with by myself.
I sent an email on Friday asking them to secure one of the venues, and they still haven't got back to me.
I had to buy 4 tickets to the last Superbowl in Santa Clara. After several calls, they seemed to be able to "open a request", but ultimately they were useless.
They referred me to a website that was a ticket broker. Basically they did a google search for Superbowl Tickets and said "try this."
