Project Quality/cost.
Anything unique to UA, or a positive differentiator from other airlines, is/was an unreasonable cost item requiring "optimization".
I've enjoyed some of the "new" Japanese meals since last year, but the presentation sucks. Hopefully it improves with the Polaris rollout (I know we are probably starting to get carried away this...).
