Creative rebooking
Yesterday the afternoon AMS-HEL-AMS rotation got cancelled, effecting some of my colleagues that got stuck in Helsinki.

KLM rebooked them: HEL-SVO on Aeroflot, overnight, SVO-AMS on the first KLM flight. No visa available, so they would have ended up in the infamous 'no visa' floor of the Novotel.

Anyway, a quick call with the KLM got them rebooked on the direct AMS-HEL flight.
