Interesting, he did apply with pre qual and not with mailer while having another card opened inside the 18/24 month window. Well, guess we ll find out if now, receiving the letter with bonus is not a sure bonus.
With Mailer, I did receive letter with bonus and spend tracker is there when I log in. So mailers are still business as usual
