If booked ahead of time in a premium cabin, it is available. On an upgrade, it isn't and shouldn't be expected. I misunderstood.
For BF upgrades I would never expect a special meal to be accommodated.
Right at T-24 is tough.
Personally, I'd be happy to see a second meal choice that's a VLML. Veggie food doesn't have to suck, and I don't need to eat meat 3 times a day.
