Talking Cocktails on a domestic flight

What alcoholic cocktails can a flight attendant (or you) make from the standard liquors and juices/sodas/etc. on a domestic AA flight? I'm especially interested in things you actually order regularly and enjoy.

Here's my list of regulars, but I'm not terribly creative so I'm sure you guys have thought of things I haven't.
  • Jack and ginger (Jack Daniels and ginger ale, my go-to flight drink)
  • Woodford and ginger (similar, now that there's Woodford)
  • ginger ale and vodka (yeah I like ginger ale)
  • rum and coke
  • gin and tonic
  • bloody mary
  • screwdriver (orange juice and vodka)

Here's the list of what you have to work with, under "Beverages": https://www.aa.com/i18n/travelInform...main-cabin.jsp

I've never done anything with the Baileys, Canadian Club White Label, Dewar's White Label, or Amaretto.
