I had to do the opposite of your "get even" button. Guy in front of me was fully reclined during boarding. I couldn't get to my seat without bumping into his headrest. He sat up for takeoff, but was back at full recline as soon as the wheels left the ground. I opened the window shade so the bright sun could shine in his face the rest of the flight.
