Same thing you'd use ground beef for (I have to admit it's merely o.k. for me, I prefer beef): Burgers, meat sauces for pasta.... Same goes for ground turkey. Just cook it very well......
Never thought about the spicy kebabs just mentioned.
We actually prefer ground chicken or turkey for everything. It's all we have used for ~20 years now. Except burgers. Those must be 80/20 beef.
