Great theory about going green et al. You cannot count on the hotel emailing you a receipt. Appearing on your TV screen means little for your records. So another 10mins built into the morning schedule to obtain a receipt and look it over for errors and get it corrected. We're all doing our part for the ecology, yes we are.
