To me... a true *GOLD lounge is a lounge either marketed by the alliance as a whole (LAX TBIT *GOLD Lounge) or is an airline specific lounge with the appropriate signage.
In this case it appears that it is a contract lounge not directly associated with a *A airline and has different lounge entry requirements than a standard *GOLD lounge.
