United under 5/24
A definitive data point that United Mileage Explorer is under 5/24. I have great score, no other issues, targeted with the increased offer and turned down by Chase. Called it, tried everything and hit a concrete wall with the 5/24 rule. I also think bloggers should act a bit more responsibly and not advise this card based on some "exceptions".
