To be honest, reading the OP's other posts on FT, all I see are bitter posts and new threads about WJ (my own opinion). I personally find it easier to try to contact Airlines/Hotels to see what they can do and work with them prior to posting everywhere and threatening to contact the media.

Employees are humans too and working in the service industry, when customers said they were recording me to take me to court, or said they were going to the media with an issue, I would always put up a fence/amazing smile and "educate" them on the avenues of addressing their complaints rather than trying to help.

Just my two cents. You're going on vacation, step back and look at the overall picture and relax a bit? BTW your flights may be part of EU261 compensation? Shouldn't you at least be happy you may make $$?
