well I could not belive what happened to us ,we were at hfx airport talking to 3 westjet agents about our flight , I just said it would be a good story for the media , the 3 agents said u said media and they stopped talking , I couldn't belive it , we were having normal talk about us getting another flight , just that quick , they gave us a card ,flight interruption assistance card ,said call number on the card , they said were not talking anymore , was shocked , I just said u have to joking me , they said no , u said ur going to the media , that was it .is that normal for westjet to do ?
