Although a very small sample of 1 flight in F, I found 1A fine. Didn't hear any noise from the galley or any increased foot traffic from the crew or other pax going to the toilet. The J bulkhead bassinet seat would have me steering clear of row 2 in case of possible noise (hence I've chosen 1A for my next two flights).
