Is it possible (even probable) that economy tickets will become upgradable to premium economy instead of business in some or all cases? Yes. Does the wording on AA.com about upgrades to the next class of service, which has been the same for over a decade, say anything one way or another about that change? No. Therefore, I would suggest that discussion of that point doesn't really belong in the just the facts thread, since it's just speculation at this point.
