From the airport it's not bad I suppose, you can message the driver and tell them which door you are at. But I've given up on trying to get an Uber driver to understand where the SGS is after several bad experiences watching the little car go the wrong way on Sukhumvit or turn the wrong way on Asoke.

I have had, shall we say, interesting experiences getting picked up at the Hyatt as well.
