Looks like little change of an upgrade on the HND flights then, J doesn't look overbooked at all. Just thought they might want to put "somebody" in F to avoid it being empty.
On my recent Haneda flights F went full on the way out (always on a Friday) and was 3/8 including me and MrsM3red on the way back. J was quiet on both flights - the Narita flights seem to be busier.
