I have never stayed here but have a one night stay mid June here booked (junior suite) with an alternative reservation at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill, which I have stayed at at few times and based on those experiences I have to ask, what is the homeless factor aka how likely are you to have a run-in with one within a 1-2 block radius. Apologies in advance for offending anyone with this sort of question.
