All I see is the number of miles it would take to upgrade along with the following text associated with each flight "Upgrades with Miles are subject to availability." I find by far the quickest and easiest way to check upgrade availability is with the app. Just go to "My Trips" open your trip and click the three dot menu icon in the top right and go to Upgrade and it will very clearly show you if upgrade is available or not. You can check the sectors you want to upgrade and click Calculate Miles to see the exact requirements as well.
