All I see is the number of miles it would take to upgrade along with the following text associated with each flight "Upgrades with Miles are subject to availability." If you've already bought a ticket then you can do it via MMB.
If you haven't, then J upgrade seats come out of the D bucket, which is also the J saver bucket, so do a redemption search for J saver (you must do a round trip search).
F upgrade seats come out of Z, so you can just search for any F availability in the redemption search system.
