Citi has been quite accommodating in terms of matching bonuses. I had three personal cards matched from 50k to 60k, and most recently, a 30k/$1k CitiBusiness card matched to 50k with no additional spend. All done through their SM system.
I called today and - after being transferred a few times - was finally rejected. The agent told me that I was stuck with this offer.
I didn't have time to HUCA at the time, but I'll try again tomorrow.
