Actually, it says:
"If you are an existing Citi AAdvantage cardmember, you are not eligible for this offer
on your existing account."
So you would be elegible for this offer on the new account they will give you if you are approved, as there is no 18 nor 24 month rule in the entire mailer. To bad I had to read all terms just to find this almost at the end in the back page of the application form send by mail
Guess will have to give it a try, even with the Citi Business still opened but all other personal cards closed and cancelled.
