I'd second this. My CEO, with whom I travel often, all of sudden stopped getting PreCheck last year on WN. Somehow, is middle name was removed from his RR account and didn't match his Global Entry record exactly. Every time he entered his RR number, WN's IT overwrote the record and removed his middle name. I called RR and had his middle name added back in, and it works great now.
