I have had a lot of trouble with my corporate travel system actually passing data to WN. My RR number doesn't show up and I have to add it. I have found (and I think that this has been discussed here) that using the on-line system to add the RR number doesn't seem to pull my KTN into the PNR. I just call WN after booking and have them add the RR number and that seems to get everything right.
