Yep, this is the correct answer. The first time it happened to me I called Southwest and got my name spelled in my RR account exactly as it is on the GE account. Never had an issue since. (The original issue was a missing middle name.)

Since getting GE and having correct spelling, I am 100% on all flights on all airlines except Spirit (which of course does not support KT programs) and international carriers that don't support KT.
