Make sure your name is spelled exactly the same when you make your reservation (and on your WN RR account) as it is on your GE account. This means same spelling, any special characters, capitalization, Jr/Sr/II/III/IV etc.

I have GE too and I'm 100% Pre when flying WN or any other airline that is a part of the program. No opt in; I just added my KTN to my RR account and that's it.
