I second what JDiver writes. I use FSS regularly, and I am no movie star. I am a middle-aged lady who uses a wheelchair to get around. I am PLT and have AC membership. When I travel on my own (usually out of JFK), I find FSS is a must, since it makes it much, much (did I mention much?) easier to get from the car service, through security, to the AC. When I am traveling with my husband, we will sometimes use FSS, sometimes not (a lot will depend on whether he feels like dealing with the lines and the time of day, etc.).

Honestly, if we were older, I'm sure we would be using FSS all. the. time. The service is kind and reliable, without being fawning and overbearing.
