Totally confused now. I am a PM.
I book through Concur for a flight 2 weeks out. Called DL to get them to change to C+. They change 2 of the legs, one isn't eligible, and the last one they say they can't move me, as there are no seats available.
I check on DL.com and there is plenty of C+ seats on the flight. But it won't let me select them.
Are there only a certain number of C+ seats available to the PM/DM folks at booking time.
