Supposedly AA is willing to back this to some extent in order to try to speed up passengers getting cleared by the TSA.
They should be reimbursed for all costs incurred from the TSA budget. That goes for the 90 workers SEA has hired, too. It should come out of the part of the budget that funds manager bonuses.
