My general opinion is if you are a slot and table player... small table play (recorded and rated with a players card) can only hurt you. Obviously, if you only play tables, you do not have a choice.

It's not like a mileage program, where adding your "number" to get miles from SEA-LAX does no harm, even though adding your "number" gets you a lot more miles when you fly SEA-NRT (a very "general" broad comparison).
