So the gf and I spent a day in AC.
According to the host:
We play for 6 hours each. She played 4 hours of blackjack at 25 a hand and 2 hours of slots at 1.32 avg pull.
I played slots for 6 hours at 1.42 avg pull.
The host was more inclined to comp my whole trip and gave the impression the gf's play wasn't enough to impress the casino.

In most cases a $25/average bet at tables games is going to "hurt you" more than help you. IMHO, your girlfriend would have been better off NOT using a players card for her blackjack play. It's all about the "profile" you want the casinos to "see." You DO NOT want them to ever see you as a $25 blackjack player.
She likes the table games because it's social.
I think she understands she won't be majorly comped player but has hopes to get a free room one day lol

If you are playing craps, it's a very very good idea to lay some bets for the dealers. Even a couple bucks on the pass line or a dealers choice will ingratiate you to the pit bosses. It works well enough that they exaggerate sometimes for you

It's not like a mileage program, where adding your "number" to get miles from SEA-LAX does no harm, even though adding your "number" gets you a lot more miles when you fly SEA-NRT (a very "general" broad comparison).
Always. Much of what Max Rubin said back in Comp City is still applicable today.

My general opinion is if you are a slot and table player... small table play (recorded and rated with a players card) can only hurt you. Obviously, if you only play tables, you do not have a choice.

She always ask me to join her to play at the table. I have to remind her I will never play the table. Like you said I only want slot play to go to my profile and I hate playing tables.
