harbour view room, to me, is like a waterfront room without in-room sauna (which i didn't use at all).
I did look at this information, which is what initially convinced me that the difference was, as you state, the sauna (which I don't think I would use), but then comments in this thread made me doubt that the harbor view and waterfront rooms indeed have the same views.
