Another airport thinking of dumping TSA. The issue with baggage screening added on to long checkpoint waits and lack of reliable availability of Pre Check at PHX seems to be the primary issues.
Finally, someone calls TSA out for the lack of Pre availability.

“The biggest issues have been the long wait times and the lack of TSA PreCheck being open. Yesterday’s incident adds to the list," Ostreicher said.
