Hello! I rarely fly AA but I am flying on AA974 next month in business class and I noticed I can preorder my meal online. I never knew that (I normally fly Aerolineas Argentinas when flying to South America.)

Anyway, my choices are:
Gemelli Pasta
Chateaubriand
Coq au Vin
Bahia-style shrimp

Has anyone flown this route in the recent past? What did you think of the menu? Any recommendations (or ones to avoid?)
