aforementioned private islands are not high density like maldives
rates in maldives (and everywhere really) continue to increase
operating costs of private island are a lot higher than regular hotel
if six senses is same price as FS, FS is 'expensive' , not six senses
maia also more expensive since all-inclusive rates and 30 villas
interesting maia says it includes scuba diving, i didnt recall that
pretty rare - maia , north , (laucala - inner reef) , (maybe necker)
