Aggravating...
Certainly understand it's aggravating... Seems like some cities are better staffed to handle inquires/support tickets. In some cities in the US, I get a same day response. When I was last in London, I had an issue and kept sending in a ticket every 2-3 days for an issue I had. After about a week after the incident, all of my tickets were answered (sequentially) over a 2 day period - looks like they were just backed up.
My advice: Just give it a week to see if Uber replies. If not, just file a chargeback against your credit card company.
