It will not be transferred at AKL. The passenger will have to collect the bags on arrival in Auckland , then walk/take bus around to the domestic terminal and then check in with Jetstar

If this is an AA issued ticket, there will be a section in the confirmation/ticket that was sent by email that details the luggage allowance

Whatever is permitted by class of service for the international flight, I would expect to be permitted
