They have changed the concierge provider and now they can book any rate available on the hotel website (or by calling the hotel). No need to use CWT site to search: you can go direct to hotel websites.
Would such bookings still come with any perks though? (Free upgrades, breakfast, resort fee credit, etc.) I think these perks might be tied to the World Elite Luxury Hotels or CWT. And in any case it would be difficult to look up what perks are available before booking.
