You can try with a phone agent to see they will cancel or change to new dates for free. Mostly likely will not initially but always worth asking first.

If they do charge the fee, you go to online refunds (following the process in the thread wiki) and the fees will be refunded. This can take a few weeks but with the proper document should work out fine. And this will apply to the fees for all the travelers.

Thanks so much for your very quick response ! I did call the agent and at this point they told the same that their would be a $125 fee and I could apply for refunds. I shall do it right away online and will update the thread on how it goes.
