Great call - I always do this for hotels espeically in beach locations. I want to make sure that the photoshopped, touched up, enhanced picture the hotel is using to show the beach and pool is a reflection of reality.

Even though I know that Instagram pictures can exhibit the same qualities (I do it to many of my own instagram pictures of the same properties), there are usually enough pictures to form a pretty solid all around view.

This is also one of the few times I use TA - since the volume of pictures on TA for a given property is significantly higher than here on FT.
